Any help on this problem?

I backed up old MT4 and exported all folders to new MT4 in a new PC,everything is working but when I add new indicators in custom folder they are not showing in Navigator and It fails to convert mq4 to ex4.

In MT4>Insert>Indicators>Custom..here no indicators are seen! Kindly help,thank you.
I several times deleted mqlcache in Indicator folder but it did not workout.
