Pipscut V2.0 can not run

I have problem with this EA, have error " Can not open file" when run.

You have to change the file in the root folder metalang.exe in Metatrader4 on this file _http://gfile.ru/a14yw Then compile your expert in Metaeditor. This is a problem in 500 build.
