Dragon 5 min Scalping

Dragon 5 min scalping is forex strategy for higher frequency trading (HFT). The trading system is equipped with tools that allow an easy view of the market and allow precise trading. The main feature is the sequence of arrows to enter easily filterable with band of moving averages and the trendline that must be concordant with the arrows or with when there is a double breakout in inversion of the trendline trend and the band of moving averages. The Dragon 5 min scalping strategy is provided with a currency of strength that indicates strong and weak currencies so as to hit strong currencies against weak currencies.

Options:

• Time Frame 5 min.
• Currency Pairs with low spreads but volatiles and Indices as S&P 500, Dow and Dax.
• Trading Time 9:00 – 20:00 GMT Berlin.

Metatrader 4 indicators:

• Band of MA is composed by:
  • 20 simple moving average, high.
  • 20 simple moving average, low.
  • 20 LWMA moving average, median.
• Arrows for timing entry (default setting).
• Currency Strength (default setting). I propose using the CS to find currencies in motion not for directionality. So choosing a strong currency against a weak one means that there is movement.
• Pivot Points levels.
• Logic trendtrenline
• Symbol Changer.

Trading rules Dragon 5 min Scalping

Trades only in the direction of Band Moving Average.

Search for strong currencies against weak currencies and apply Dragon template Dragon 5 min Scalping.

Buy

• The price candle is above MA bands when appear green arrow place an buy market entry at the open of the next bar.
• Also check the concordance with the trendline.
• In the event of an inversion there must be at the same time: the arrow, the price candle break upward the trendline and the ma bands.

Sell

• The price candle is below MA bands when appear red arrow place an buy market entry at the open of the next bar.
• Also check the concordance with the trendline.
• In the event of an inversion there must be at the same time: the arrow red, the price candle break downward the trendline and the ma bands.

Exit at the opposite arrow, at the pivot points, or with fast profit target.

Stop loss 10-15 pis depend by currency pairs.

it is advisable to disable trendline alerts.
