Contrast Strategy

Contrast Strategy is a trend following MTF strategy based on three indicators Metatrader 4: Contrast Indicator, Contrast MTF indicator and the arrow indicator for the timing for entry in the markets. This trading system is for scalping, day trading or swing. The contrast indicator catch the movements of the market.

Options:

• Time frame 15 min or higher.
• Currency pairs majors and minors with time frame above 30 min.

Metatrader 4 indicators setting:

• Contrast coeff 3.0,
• Mistery Data arrow 3.3.
• Contrast MTF in subwindow.

Trading rules Contrast Strategy

Buy

• Buy arrow of Mistery data.
• The yellow line of contrast indicator crosses upward the red line.
• Two green bars of the histogram in the sub window, (more conservative with three green bars).
• Exit at the opposite arrow or with predetermined profit target.
• Place initial stop loss at the previous low swing.

Sell

• Sell arrow of Mistery data.
• The yellow line of contrast indicator crosses downward the red line.
• Two red bars of the histogram in subwindow, (more conservative with three red bars).
• Exit at the opposite arrow or with predetermined profit target.
• Place initial stop loss at the previous high swing.
• This strategy works good at higher time frame 4H and daily and it's very aggressive.

Желтая линия контрастного индикатора (##Contrast ) пересекает снизу вверх красную линию.
Две зеленые полосы гистограммы в дополнительном окне у ##Contrast-mtf (более консервативно с тремя зелеными полосками).
Выход из сделки: на противоположную стрелку _Mistery data или фиксированный ТП.
Поместите начальный стоп-лосс за предыдущий min цены.
Продажи:
Сигнал на продажу от индикатора _Mistery data.
Желтая линия контрастного индикатора (##Contrast ) пересекает сверху вниз красную линию.
Две красные полосы гистограммы в подвале у ##Contrast-mtf (более консервативно с тремя красными полосками).
Выход из сделки: на противоположную стрелку _Mistery data или фиксированный ТП.
Поместите начальный стоп-лосс за предыдущий max цены.
Эта стратегия лучше работает на более высоких тайм фреймах - 4H и на D1, и это очень агрессивно.
