Magic FX Trading

Magic FX Trading is a trading system trend- momentum based on the color Stocastic indicator. I shows two simple template (aggressive and conservative). The template conservative is based on Stochastic color and trend filter. The template aggressive is formed by Stochastic color and Maagic Fx. The purpose of these trading strategies is find the best conditions for trading.

Options:

• Time Frame 30 min or higher.
• Currency pairs: majors, minors and indices.

Metarader 4 Indicators setting:

• Trend filter 89, 9.
• Stochastic color 14, 3,3, 2.
• Magic Fx (defaut setting).

Trading rules

First template conservative:

• Buy
  Buy arrow of Color Stocastic oscillator filtered by green line of trend filter.
• Sell
  Sell arrow of Color Stocastic oscillator filtered by red line of trend filter.

Second template aggressive:

• Buy
  Buy arrow of Color Stocastic filtered by blue line of Magic Fx indicator.
• Sell
  Sell arrow of Color Stocastic filtered by red line of Magic Fx indicator.

Exit position at the opposite arrow or with predetemined fast profit target with ratio 0.8-1.0 stop loss.

Initial stop loss 10-40 pips below the entry bar depends by time frame and pairs.
